About East Side Flow

East Side Flow Consultancy is a visa consultancy based in the United Kingdom. We help people who want to visit, study, work or join family in the UK, Canada, the USA, Australia and the Schengen area of Europe. Many of the people we work with are applying for the first time, are reading the rules in a second language, or have been refused before and want to understand why.
What we do
Visa rules are long, detailed and change often. Our job is to help you understand the rules that apply to you and present your real circumstances clearly and truthfully.
We assess your eligibility and explain which routes are realistic.
We prepare a document checklist and timeline for your case.
We review completed applications before you submit them.
We help you prepare for interviews, without scripts.
We explain refusal letters and the options they leave open.
How we work
Plain language. We explain things in short, clear sentences, and we define any official terms we use. If something is unclear, just ask again.
Written fees, agreed upfront. Before any work starts, we confirm in writing what we will do and what it will cost. Government fees, health charges and test fees are separate. You pay them directly to the organisation concerned, never through us.
Regulated advice. In the UK, it is a criminal offence to give immigration advice unless you are qualified to do so. Advisers must be regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority or be a member of another designated professional body, such as a solicitor. We meet this requirement for our UK immigration advice, and you can see our regulator and registration reference in the footer of every page. Other countries have their own rules about who can advise on their immigration systems, and we tell you plainly when your case needs a representative licensed in that country.
Official sources first. Fees, money thresholds and processing times change often. Instead of quoting figures that may be out of date, we link to the official government page and check it with you at the time you apply.
What we will not do
We will not promise or guarantee a visa. Decisions are made by governments, and nobody outside that process can promise the outcome.
We will not help anyone give false, misleading or incomplete information, or use documents that are not genuine.
We will not write personal statements or interview answers for you to copy. They must be yours.
We will not take on work that needs a solicitor, such as appeals to a tribunal or court, or cases involving removal or deportation. We will tell you when this applies and refer you on.
We will not sell or share your personal information for marketing.
Working with us
We work with clients in the UK and around the world by video call, phone and email. If you are not sure where to start, tell us your plans in the consultation form, and an adviser will be in touch.
What we value
The principles behind every consultation, checklist and review we do.
- Plain language
- We explain the rules and your options without jargon, so you can make informed decisions.
- Honest assessments
- We tell you what we think of your chances, including when an application is unlikely to succeed.
- Regulated advice
- Our advice is given under the rules of our regulator, and our registration can be checked at any time.
- Fees agreed first
- We agree our fees with you in writing before any work starts.

We never help anyone give false or misleading information.
We agree our fees with you in writing before any work starts.
We use your information only to handle your enquiry, and never sell it.
From first question to finished application
Every case makes the same four stops. You always know which one you are at, and what comes next.
- 1
Tell us your plans
Fill in the short consultation form. It takes about two minutes, and there is no charge for it.
- 2
Speak to an adviser
We check your eligibility against the current rules and explain your options in plain language.
- 3
Get your document plan
A checklist and timeline written for your exact route and circumstances, not a generic list.
- 4
Review before you submit
We check the finished application line by line, so it goes in complete and consistent.
